Size 7 is the largest size in the youth department for shoes. Once those are too big, they will need to graduate to either women's or men's shoes.

Hm, my kids wore size seven a few years ago, they wear size 11& 12 now, after that, it goes to 1, 2, 3, etc, up to 22+ (like Shaq).
